What we keep, and what we don't.

Waitlist email

When you join the waitlist we store your email and the audience you selected ("partner", "best friend", etc.). We use it only to email you about launch and any change to the Founding 500 offer. It is stored with Formspree (USA, SCC-protected) until you ask us to delete it.

You can unsubscribe at any time with one click in any email, or by emailing hello@foldhush.com. Deletion is irreversible and removes every trace from our list within 14 days.

Letters and voice files (in the app)

When the app ships, letters and voice files are stored in Supabase with row-level security and AES-256 encryption at rest. Voice files are served via short-lived signed URLs (approximately five minutes). We do not read letter content, we do not use it for analytics, we do not use it for training, and we do not share it with any third party. Account deletion cascades through every row and is irreversible.

Analytics

The marketing site uses no analytics or tracking cookies. Once the app ships, we use TelemetryDeck for anonymous, privacy-friendly product metrics — no PII, no fingerprint, no advertising IDs.

Fonts

This site loads webfonts from Google Fonts during the pre-launch period. We plan to self-host webfonts before the app launch. If you'd like webfont-free access today, email hello@foldhush.com.

Your rights (UK / EU)

You have the right to access, rectify, port, restrict, and erase your data. To exercise any of these, email hello@foldhush.com. We respond within 14 days.
