The plain-English contract.

1. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist costs nothing and obliges nothing. You can leave any time by emailing hello@foldhush.com.

2. Targets, not commitments

The target launch is June 2026. It may slip. If it does, we email every waitlist member the day the date changes.

3. Public pricing

After launch, the public price is $39.99/year (or $5.99/week), with a 7-day free trial. Prices are localised by Apple per territory and may include applicable VAT/tax.

4. Founding 500 — one-time lifetime access

Members of the first 500 waitlist reservations who purchase at launch will be charged a one-time $49.99 (USD-tier-equivalent in their territory) through Apple's In-App Purchase. This grants lifetime access to Foldhush for as long as we operate the iOS app — no subscription, no renewal, no auto-charge. The Founding entitlement survives acquisition, App Store changes, and product pivots.

5. Wind-down commitment

If we voluntarily wind down Foldhush, we will give at least 90 days notice and provide a self-serve export of every letter (PDF), voice file (MP3), and custom Trace (AHAP). In the event of insolvency or acquisition by a third party, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent export.

6. No AI on letter content

We will not use letter bodies or voice recordings for machine-learning training, advertising, or any third-party data sharing. If we ever change this, you get notice and a one-click export first.
